Privacy

This notice explains what personal data Loutre et Lys handles through this website and its email address. Questions: [email protected].

Visiting the site

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you; it records aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites and country. There are no advertising cookies or pixels.

Emailing us

Email to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox. We use what you send only to reply and, if you go ahead, to carry out a commission or order. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that and for our business records.

Buying from the shop

Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store them. We receive your name, email, delivery address and order details so that we can dispatch your order and keep the records the law requires. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
